I am a UK-trained Physiotherapist and a Reformer Pilates Instructor and the person behind Swift Align Rehab. After a successful career in the NHS, I had the privilege of combining work with my love of travel and have lived in Sierra Leone, Ghana, UK, Turkey and Nigeria over the past 10 years. In these settings, my client base has included the diplomatic and international communities. I also had the privilege of working directly with local communities.

I first incorporated my love of Pilates with physiotherapy 10 years ago when I started my Matwork Instructor training journey. My love for Pilates evolved after my second pregnancy, when my twin boys came along. Caring for 3 kids under 3 left little time for myself, but whenever possible I made time for Pilates. These moments to exercise my body and focus my mind were precious: I was stronger, more centred, and more present with everyone around me, including my kids!

My knowledge of physiotherapy combined with my Pilates training and teaching skills means I can support rehabilitation from any point on the journey: the initial onset, recovery, maintenance, all the way to optimum function.
